Spidernet
SPIDER-NET (Software Package Ideal for Deriving Enhanced Representations of brain NETworks) is a new MRI tool developed by CADiTeR Don Gnocchi Foundation in collaboration with the B3Lab, Department of Electronics, Information, and Bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano. SPIDER-NET provides an interactive, intuitive, and user-friendly interface for studying brain connectivity. Since it does not require a technical-engineering background, SPIDER-NET allows extending access to this cutting-edge research field to people working in clinical research with various and complementary professional skills. The visualization of the connectograms generated by SPIDER-NET, and the production of reports with associated quantitative graph-analysis indices, provide users with a comprehensive and easy-to-read overview of brain connectivity studies.
